Handbag Designers Share Favorite Recipes in American Fashion Cookbook

34 sec read

Some of our favorite handbag designers are dishing up their gourmet secrets in the American Fashion Cookbook.

The hardcover compendium was created by style writing veteran Lisa Marsh in conjunction with the Council of Fashion Designers of America. Martha Stewart even gave it her stamp of approval in the foreword! It’s chock full of designer recipes and creative illustrations based on the talents of each featured visionary.

Amongst the tasty treats inside are Tory Burch’s gazpacho and Derek Lam’s yellowtail recipe. I’m salivating at the thought of Isaac Mizrahi’s spaghetti with truffles and mushrooms.

In the face of the global recession, studies show more of us are forgoing nights out for dinner parties and family meals. But cutting back doesn’t mean we have to do without the luxuries! This book shows us how to stay in with a little designer style.

American Fashion Cookbook won’t be in stores until September 1, but you can reserve your copy today through Amazon.
