This All Over Studs Flap Over handbag from Melie Bianco has a bit of an equestrian vibe about it, which is a fashion trend I'm currently rather excited.

Although not a traditional saddle bag in its truest definition, this casual hobo's double buckled detail on the bottom of the front flap definitely reminds me of the style. The handbag's somewhat relaxed shape is kept in line by the flap instead of looking sloppy.

Following a pattern quite characteristic of handbag fashion right now, the front flap of this Melie Bianco design is covered in small studs varying in size and color. I'm not always a fan of the mix-and-match studded look, but this one I like. It's not overdone in a way that makes you think it'll take over an outfit or clash with other studded details you might be wearing at the same time.

The random pattern gives this somewhat simple-looking hobo a contemporary twist. Thankfully, though, the feature does not continue to the back of the purse where it might become too much. Instead, it adds a touch of edginess to the design and leaves it at that.

Joe's Jeans has really impressed me lately with their consistently cool handbags. The Allanah's my ideal cross-body bag, the Round N Round is the cutest doctor's satchel, and now I think they've made my tote of choice. Meet the Hannah.

The Hannah manages to strike the balance between contemporary styling and timeless good looks. The lush leather is stitched together to create a gorgeous paneled design, one that makes us appreciate the fabric rather than distracting us from it. This modern look is complemented by a classic boxy silhouette and easy rolled handles.

There are no pockets to clutter up that exterior, but you'll find plenty inside. With not one, but two convenient slip pouches there's a safe place for your cell phone and your iPod. A large zippered pocket is a more secure option for stashing your keys and coins. And I love the small mirror, which is safely attached for make-up emergencies!

Hermès won't let the financial crisis get it down. The French fashion label will open the doors of a new retail store in East Hampton this summer. But blink and you'll miss it. Doors will close again when the weather cools on September 20.

"We have 22 of our own boutiques in the U.S. - East Hampton will be 22 and a half," Hermès President and CEO Robert Chavez explained, adding that a permanent location doesn’t make sense in the global recession.

"We just weren't ready to commit to a long-term lease, knowing that obviously the key selling period is in the summer months when most people are there."

In keeping with the location's laidback vibe, the Hermes store will be a relaxed affair with crisp white paint and casual accessories. The East Hampton's store will sell Hermes famous handbags, although we can probably expect more beach bags than Birkins. It will also feature scarves, neckties, homewares, bathing suits, beach towels, and a selection of riding gear. I'm particularly intrigued by the one-of-a-kind white leather saddle, whose price is "available upon request." Naturally.

Leave it to the big designer names to pull out all the stops for their collections. Following in the footsteps of Chanel, luxury brand Fendi has released what has to be the most stylish bicycle I've ever seen.

The new Fendi Abici Amante Donna is probably as chic as cycling can get with its crisp cream body and Fendi accessories. They're not the first to have the idea, though. Chanel similarly released a collection of bikes last year.

However, Fendi's take on the two-wheeled transportation is much more appealing to me because of its slightly vintage vibe. Can't you imagine Audrey Hepburn taking a casual trip through the streets of Rome on this thing?

This kind of on-the-road style doesn't come cheap, of course. The Fendi Abici Amante Donna has two options. One has a leather case attached and retails for $5,900. The more expensive version, which includes the leather storage plus fur saddlebags, runs for $9,500. That's a lot pennies, people.

Some might call it a waste of cash. If you can afford it and if you're in on the eco-friendly trend of bicyling instead of driving, though, this bike just might be worth it. It is Fendi, after all. If you'd rather have a Fendi you can carry, you might opt for the Patent Peek-a-Boo instead.

At first, the clever use of fringe on this Alexander McQueen hobo bag catches the eye. But as you keep looking, the hits just keep on coming. There is a lot going on with this bag so let's break it down.

Fringe can be hard to do stylishly, but McQueen goes big and uses it to create a silhouette rather than as an accent which seems to pay off.
