While Victoria and David Beckham's super sexy Emporio Armani underwear ads were racy enough to make me just slightly uncomfortable, the married stars of London Fog's newest holiday advertising campaign just make me say "awww."

Television and silver screen star Eva Longoria Parker and her NBA-playing hubby Tony Parker are the epitome of lovey-dovey in the ads. It's not exactly G-rated with the couple locked in passionate embraces and Eva seemingly wearing nothing but a handbag in one shot. However, the two seem so genuinely in love that it's more sweet than saucy.

"They were so loving and affectionate with each other and the shots beautifully capture these intimate moments on set," said Dari Marder, Chief Marketing Office of London Fog, in a statement. "We are honored that they selected London Fog for their first fashion campaign together."

The holiday advertisements showcase London Fog trenches, luggage, and handbags and can be seen this winter in magazines and on billboards.

Von Avi bags take the metallic craze to new heights. The brainchild of New Zealand couple Kaz and Greg Von Heraud Parker, the innovative handbag line is crafted from aluminum and aircraft rivets.

Mr. Von Heraud Parker, a former aircraft worker, uses the same skills to create the bags that he did building airplane wings.

"It's all pattern-making, bending, folding and riveting," he said.

The durable metal exterior is in contrast with the bags' lush leather and fabric lining. Each purse also comes with interior lights, perfect for finding your car keys on late night's out!

The range features bags of several sizes; there's the tiny Barfly, the everyday Girl About Town, and the supersized BBB. The couple jokes this stands for Brilliant Business Bella or Brilliant Boozing Bella, as the handbag can carry A4-sized business documents or three bottles of New Zealand's famed sauvignon blanc.

Get ready for the media frenzy and paparazzi obsession. The infamous gals of Sex and the City are back to filming for the newest installment in the movie franchise, and the first images of filming are quite promising.

Expect more luxurious fashion and over-the-top outfits from the quirky and lovable character Carrie Bradshaw. Although we still don't know in what direction the writers are taking Carrie for Sex and the City 2, we can definitely expect that the wardrobe department will be draping her in all kinds of designer clothes, bags, and shoes.

One of the first images from the filming to hit the web shows Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie taking a jaunt down a New York City street wearing an ensemble that women everywhere will covet. Out are the beloved Manolos, and in is a nice, little combination of Christian Louboutin shoes and handbag.

The shoes are gorgeous, but the bag is quite an eyecatcher. The rather enormous (as in, SJP could probably curl up inside of it) Sylvia Large Drapey Hobo is hard to miss in what appears to be a bright pink color. There's nothing subtle about it, but it sure is stylish and quite a far cry from her Timmy Woods Eiffel Tower bag in the first film.

A charity auction involving fashion and celebrities is certainly nothing new. We've seen them benefit the Sir Elton John AIDS Foundation and even Global Giving relief efforts in Italy.

Celebrities always seem to jump right in when this sort of thing comes around, whether it's for the publicity or simply a big heart. Well, this time the fashion and the proceeds are for men. Yes, women will pay ridiculous amounts to get a Ferragamo bag previously owned by Eva Longoria Parker, but the men deserve their own charity events, too.

Some of the hottest Hollywood celebrities are lending a hand (and a signature) to benefit charity, and they're giving up their Salvatore Ferragamo handbags to accomplish it.

A-listers like Madonna, Demi Moore, Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Eva Longoria-Parker (whose note you see pictured here) are donating their own signed Ferragamo handbags to benefit the rebuilding of L'Aquila, an Italian city severely damaged by an earthquake this year. The celebrity-signed bags are set to be sold on a special eBay site dedicated to the relief efforts.

All proceeds of the auction will go directly to the Global Giving Italy Earthquake Relief and Recovery Fund to support the rebuilding. The collection of purses will be available for bidding from June 3 to June 12.

To snag one of the famously pre-owned purses, including a white eel skin Ferragamo bag signed by Gwyneth, check in at the auction site starting Wednesday. If you're not a fan of used handbags, you can also click here to donate directly to Global Giving and use your other cash for a brand-new Ferragamo like the Cabiria Satchel.

In one way, this is a disadvantage. After all, we all know that fringes are in, and that pattern upon pattern is so "vogue". From another point of view, however, this makes the bag much more of an investment. The color should cross seasons: bright for spring, yet strangely autumnal at the same time. Fashions may come and go, but this hold-all will still be loyally shipping you back and forth.

It may get shoved to the back of the wardrobe from time to time, but it will always be dragged back out again, as any useful and eternal bag should.
