A bright colorblock pattern is nothing new for a L.A.M.B. handbag, but I wouldn't call it the brand's signature style. However, the bold look fits right in with Gwen Stefani's strong fashion sensibility so easily seen in L.A.M.B.'s products.

Although the Darjeeling collection of handbags is by far my favorite colorful geometric design from the label, this Clara hobo is a fantastic alternative to the bright option. The color options are slightly more subtle, if anything from L.A.M.B. can be classified as such. The black, red/black, and green/gold variations are very art deco and so chic.

The simple shape of the Clara keeps anything from competing with the colorblock pattern, which is the real attraction of the purse. It isn't exactly a large hobo, but the size is decent for average daily use with a standard zippered pocket inside for small necessities.

The interior is lined in L.A.M.B.'s signature black-and-white striped fabric, while the front of this hobo displays the brand's fancy-script logo on a gold-toned plate. The colorful Clara retails for $325.

Subtle and sophisticated this line is not! It allows you to have fun with a bag without feeling silly or immature. Whilst handbags often need to look smart for work, you can play around with your cosmetics purse, and cute is the way to go!

Available in a number of adorable designs, there should be something for everyone, with preppies, sweet lovers and more each catered for in colorful fun designs. Of course, as with any pattern that is this busy and fun, you may tire of the print quite quickly.

Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B. label shows it knows how to have fun with this Williamsfield Tote.

The front of the tote sports the image of a very regal looking lamb. The crowned cutie only adorns the front, but the chain link design wraps around the back. There's also another tiny gold sheep. It's those little details that save the rear from being a boring plain black.

In my opinion, this adorable print has just the right amount of whimsy, but some may accuse it of being juvenile. That's no matter. The Williamsfield is also available in a more abstract sheep pattern, and the same blue on black print we saw on the Rowland Mini Doctor Satchel.

Aside from the adorable print, this tote is fairly standard. The shape and size are nothing out of the ordinary, although I do appreciate the longer than average shoulder straps.

L.A.M.B's familiar black and white striped fabric lines the generous interior. I like the way the bag's been organized, with both zip and slip pockets sitting on the one wall. By keeping those small items in the same place, it's bound to save busy girls time.

The $295 retail price seems a little steep for a bag that's only got a dash of leather trim. We've seen many bag brands deliver high-quality synthetics for much less than this. But its unique print is likely to convince Gwen Stefani fans and animal lovers to splurge on this tote.

Gwen Stefani's Harajuku Lovers brand certainly has a look quite unlike others. These Tokyo-inspired designs seem to reflect the celebrity's offbeat personality and music a little more than her slightly more grown-up L.A.M.B. brand.

Quite frankly, I'm not a huge fan of the whimsical, often juvenile prints that Harajuku Lovers favors for their handbags. However, the style suits plenty of other peoples' taste, and the basic designs of the bags themselves are often quite practical. This Poppin satchel is a prime example of that combination.

Quirky print aside, the Poppin is decently sized handbag with enough storage compartments to please even the pickiest of organizers. With multiple exterior and interior pockets of varying sizes, you won't be lacking in a spot for your small or important items with this satchel.

I can see this Harajuku Lovers bag coming in handy when traveling or even for students who want an alternative to the traditional backpack. The bold heart print might limit your use for the Poppin, but it's actually one of the more subtle options I've seen from the brand.

Its name might be the Uh-O, but this bag isn't as terrible as that moniker suggests. In fact, if you're not afraid to add some color to your wardrobe it's a practical everyday companion! The vivid patterns might turn off many, but with several to choose from there might be one to suit your personality. So long as that personality isn't conservative! This Mexican Blanket bag brings together all the shades of Santa Fe. Makeout City is fun and flirty, with its red backdrop and white pouting lips. Totally Tubular is right on trend with its colorful 80s design.

No matter which Uh-O you choose, you'll be impressed with its practicality. That starts at the price, which is just under than magic $100 mark. The fabric finish might not be luxurious, but it's heavy and hard wearing for everyday use. Two pockets up front and another two on the sides give you plenty of places for storing the essentials you need on hand. Each closes with Velcro, a fastener which balances your need for security and easy access.

With so many pockets outside, I was surprised to see just one inside. Thankfully though this zippered compartment is much larger than most. The generous space might be basic, but that pared back design does make it easy to transport bulky goods like novels and laptops.

It's not for everybody, but fans of the brand won't be disappointed with this versatile Harajuku Lovers tote.

When I think of L.A.M.B. handbags, my mind automatically goes to bold colors and structured shapes. It's not that Gwen Stefani's line of bags is limited to that. I just tend to think of it first since there are so many in the collection resembling that description.

Similar to the Morant and the Cambridge styles, the Rowland Mini Doctor satchel has a look all of its own. The uniquely fabric-textured treatment on the main body of the tote adds an interesting visual appeal. I really can't say whether or not the material is particularly sturdy, but it does appear to be somewhat sturdy and stain-resistant.

Just like the celebrity designer's personal style, the Rowland combines classic, sophisticated elements with funky trends from today. The traditional doctor handbag shape contrasts with the ultra-contemporary abstract print that continues around the satchel. If you look closely, you can pick out the letters of the brand name included in the design. Women who prefer simpler versions of the doctor silhouette will probably find this L.A.M.B. one a tad busy for their taste, but it's just the sort of thing you can expect to see from the designer.

Despite the fact that handbag lovers will probably spot the Rowland as a L.A.M.B. just from the style alone, any label confusion will be avoided altogether thanks to the printed logo, trademark number, and year established on the front of the bag. I was a little disappointed to learn that the handbag's $325 price tag doesn't warrant leather trim, but the Rowland Mini Doctor's manmade upper isn't enough to turn me off of this satchel entirely.
