This Louis Vuitton Tribute bag is made in France and is a patchwork mess of 14 Louis Vuitton bags. Louis Vuitton has definitely made a mark on the fashion industry, and many LV bags remain classics to this day. Somehow I don't imagine it to be the case with this one, despite the hype. Only 24 were made and Beyonce Knowles is one of the lucky owners of this $52,000 purse.

Undergarments Exposed

Many people like to keep their undergarments concealed under clothing, but others are proud to show them off. This bag celebrates the latter. These were in about seven years ago, no joke. They are stiff, have small entry zippers and only get so unique. Corsets are still in, but it will be up to you whether or not carrying this around town is an option.

These are fairly simple to construct and make a positive statement. Although you may not carry it around on a daily basis due to the size and functionality, the cause is close to all of our hearts, so you should take the chance to fight it however you can.

Although the skunk is not the best loved animal anywhere, we're sure PETA still doesn't appreciate this Fendi skunk fur purse. Does anyone know if skunk fur is soft though? Getting too close to one anywhere else would be a hazard. With such detail, this bag may be too much for some to handle. Decorated with the fur of a skunk, many would say this bag really stinks.

Love Chinese take out? This is the handbag for you. The design is clever and creative, to say the least. The use of materials to craft a small purse into the likeness of a take-out box speaks for itself. Just be sure to keep things straight; you wouldn't want anyone to dump noodles into your purse, unless you don't have anything else to pack your leftovers in.

To protect the bottom of the bag from scuffs, it actually has feet. And not just any feet either; they are chicken feet. It looks like it's about to run away!

This strange looking bag looks like an oversized toad. What's not to love? Plenty. Wait a second, you're right; it is an oversized toad. We don't have to get into all the issues you may come across carrying this beaut, like nausea and ugly looks, but one has to wonder how much actually fits inside of the bag. If nothing else, it can function as a glorified cell phone case.

A Swinging Dead Cat Bag

The design of this dead cat bag may not be a favorite for cat lovers, but it's definitely an attention getter. It doesn't look easy to carry, with an inflexible bar as the handle. It also seems relatively small, which wouldn't allow for many goodies, despite how inconveniently wide the purse is. How does it open? We hope it doesn't follow anatomy.

Live in a rough neighborhood? This purse has a brass knuckle handle that shows thugs you're not to be messed with. But really, most reasonably sized purses can function as a decent whacker. We think this is more of a statement of attitude than statement of actual functionality. Although, it looks like the handle is removable, so you can get down to business if need be.

Russian Doll Handbag

This absolutely precious handbag is made from the outermost Russian nesting doll. It's unusual and completely irresistible. It would be a great little accessory for a night out on the town, and the classic colors allow for easy matching with many outfits. A wonderful plus is that it appears able to hold more than just a tube of lipstick, maybe ID, your cell, and some cash, which is something we all look for in a formal handbag.

Charles David has an impressive selection of stylish shoes, but the brand's handbags make equally dramatic statements and are worth considering if you're looking for shopping for quality in a mid-price range.

The label is no stranger to animal print material, so this Zelda handbag with a leopard-printed haircalf inset doesn't surprise me one bit. Statement bags are big this season, which makes this bold clutch a great option for staying on trend during the fall.

Although I'm really not a huge fan of animal print or haircalf material on a purse, I'm somewhat drawn to the mixture of textures on this Charles David design. The middle haircalf inset is flanked by a lizard-embossed leather border and smooth leather body.

This oversized clutch has simple cutout handles commonly seen on bags of this type, but also features a detachable shoulder strap that gives you an additional option for carrying. If you like the style but really aren't a fan of animal print, the Zelda is available in a beautiful blend of grays as well as a berry red color.

Fashion magazine Lucky is full of style tips and chic clothing and accessories options. Outside of the colorful pages, however, they're collaborating with top designers for all kinds of fun shopping events.

Following a fabulous HSN shopping extravaganza that included special handbags, shoes, and clothes from Rebecca Minkoff, Kooba, and more, Lucky has joined up with one of my favorite designers for a special event on a slightly smaller scale. They've teamed with all-American Michael Kors to create a limited edition version of his Hamilton Chain Tote.

The classic Hamilton style has been revamped with a dose of metallic gold material. It's certainly not understated but definitely holiday-worthy and effortlessly chic. With a classic tote shape and two carrying options, there's not much to dislike about this handbag.

This bold handbag is available to purchase on Lucky's website, although it is currently back-ordered and not available to be shipped until after November 20. The tote will hit Michael Kors Lifestyle stores on November 15.

Devi Kroell might have a Target diffusion line under her belt, but her newest venture is a far cry from her affordable line of handbags featured in the budget-conscious store. This New York-based designer is moving up in the retail world ... specifically to a new flagship boutique in Manhattan's prestigious Upper East Side.

Since her first collection debuted in 2004, Kroell has been gaining momentum as well as more than a handful of celebrity fans. Fashionistas like Ashley Olsen, Anne Hathaway, and Rihanna have carried her luxurious designs, and even Gossip Girl has caught the Kroell fever.

The award-winning designer has earned her spot on New York City's Madison Avenue, and the real estate couldn't be more impressive. Exotic skin handbags, jeweled clutches, gorgeous shoes, and other items are impeccably displayed in the two-story flagship store.

"I wanted to create an airy, secluded space where shoppers could have a serene experience and take in the pieces at their own pace," the designer says.

Hopefully this is one fashion brand whose sales and success will continue to rise rather than dip into dangerous territory necessitating layoffs and store closings. Be sure to check out the new boutique at 717 Madison Avenue next time you're in the Big Apple.

Carlos Falchi's exotic skin designs are something to behold. His multiple decades of fashionable handbags were even commemorated earlier this year at Bergdorf Goodman.

Despite his celebrated fashions and established status, the current economy has taken a toll on nearly every luxury company's sales. This along with other past financial mistakes has spurred Falchi to attempt a resurgence by appealing to a different clientele without losing a well-deserved standing in the fashion world.

Carlos Falchi's personal insight into his past and present situation can be discovered in a recent piece by The New York Times. The article traces back to his beginnings in the industry, describes his recent budget-friendly appeal with lines for Target and HSN, and even some lifestyle insight from his own wife.

As gregarious as Mr. Falchi is — he helped many designers create their accessories — he isn't a regular at industry events. "In order to have a family life, he needs downtime," Ms. Falchi said. With a laugh, she added: "Let's be very clear — Carlos has burned the candle at both ends. He didn't need a reason to go to Studio 54."

Salvatore Ferragamo's most recent advertising campaign has been out for a bit now, but I think it's still worth talking about. This is the type of photo shoot that makes me long for the weather that accompanies the advertised season.

In a visually stunning fall/winter 2009 photo shoot, Ferragamo displays new coats, handbags, and, of course, shoes. The campaign features models Eva Herzigova and Mariacarla Boscono alongside dashingly handsome Italian dancer Roberto Bollé.

I'm not sure where photographer Mario Testino shot the ads, but the background is quite impressive. They seem to be sauntering through a gorgeous city park ... draped in designer clothing and accessories, quite naturally.

Although the location is very pretty, it's the gorgeous scarlet red outfits in this shot that caught my eye. The look is very dramatic but extremely elegant and sophisticated. I can just imagine one of those vibrant satchels on my arm this season. I might not be pairing it with a red dress, shoes, and tights, but they look simply fabulous.

It's all about downtown glamour with the Anne Klein New York Greenwich Satchel.

It's made from nylon, which is both long-lasting and lightweight. It also keeps this satchel down to a perfectly reasonable $275. This fabric rarely looks luxurious, but it's jazzed up here with vertical quilting and sexy patent leather trim. The silver chain zipper pull adds edge, working with Anne Klein's familiar lion medallion to toughen up the fabric finish.

This satchel is so large, it could easily work as an office bag or travel tote. There's so much room inside, and the soft walls make it easy to overstuff. Plenty of pockets inside and out make it easy to keep your girly goods safe and organized.

The only thing that makes me hesitate are those shoulder straps. While the heavy metal links mimics the chain on the front perfectly, it can't be comfortable to carry. They say beauty is pain, but for an everyday bag like this I'd rather put practicality first.

I can just imagine the preposterously long line outside of H&M on Saturday, November 14 when Jimmy Choo's much-anticipated collection for the retail store is released to the public. Yes, we are all practically salivating with the anticipation of getting our hands on the budget-friendly style from the renowned designer.

Although we don't know specific prices for these upcoming shoes, handbags, clothing, and jewelry designs, we do now have a peek at what to expect. Of course, I would've expected nothing less than fabulous from Jimmy Choo, whose designs have peppered red carpets for years now. However, the recently released lookbook of the Jimmy Choo for H&M line reveals items even better than I anticipated.

The sky-high stilettos, thigh high boots, faux fur jackets, oversized zebra-print clutches, and studded totes are just a few of the designs you can expect from the collection. The overall vibe of the line is dramatic, edgy, and, of course, oh-so fashionable.

Aaron Basha, whose infamous line of whimsical jewelry is known mostly for baby shoes and ladybug charms, has evidently passed down some of his whimsical designing personality to his daughter Regine.

Regine Basha's recently launched handbag line, 2ENLIGHT10 (read: "to enlighten"), reveals a unique design sensibility similar to her father's. There might not be any ladybugs on these bags, but one-of-a-kind is definitely a word I'd use to describe them. I'm talking about glowing, battery-operated clutches. 2ENLIGHT10's website promises to make you stand out in a crowd, and I can see why ... at least when you carry one of their designs at night.

Regine described her inspiration for the above-seen taxi clutch:

"I created a clutch that has glowing piping (which is now part of this collection) for me and my friends. We would always use it to hail a cab, as you are visible from at least a block and a half away. I had an a-ha designer moment when I thought "how cool would that be to have one that says TAXI?"

2ENLIGHT10 debuted during New York's Fashion's Night Out in the hands of models hailing cabs with the taxi clutch. The collection of interesting bags will be available at www.2ENLIGHT10.com and will range from $165 to $225.
