If the payment is not received with in the 5 day time limit, eBay will claim you as “non paying bidding” and you will be blocked from bidding on anymore for The Factory’s listings. Therefore resulting us to re-list the item.

SIZING | *Check our SIZING&MESUREMENTS Everything at the Factory Vintage is measured as accurately as possible. Please take time to compare measurements to you body’s measurements and go off of the actual measurements of the item not size mentioned.

The Factory Vintage hand picks only the highest of quality vintage items. Some of our items may show signs of wear and age. If so we always indicate it in the description. We try to represent our items as accurately as possible in descriptions and photos.

When we ship out: Once we receive your payment via paypal we will ship out as soon as possible, please keep in mind that we are a small scale company with a high demand for vintage, please expect one-two day ship out date after payment is received. Please be aware that on rare occasion when American Holidays fall on Monday-Friday ship out date may take up to three-four days.

We ONLY COMBINE SAME AUCTION purchases: Please do not request to hold winnings for additional FUTURE auctions to end in order to combine shipping, we previously allowed this but due to non-payment of items we have changed this. We only combine same auction purchases sometimes two if they are back to back and the quantity being shipped out is LOW like 2-4 garments not 10 garments they will not all fit in one box, and you will not save on shipping by doing this. Please look at style number to verify that all items are in the same letter auction. For example: X13, X45, X67 ( We will combine), X11, X23,Y12, Y44 (we will combine) P23,Z48,B12 ( We do not combine).

DOMESTIC | In the USA? We ship USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate Envelope at $5.45 per one-three items, for additional items after this please add $2 per item. Please expect 2-3 day delivery time. If you would like your order expedited or insured, please write us before purchasing items so that we can add this to your invoice. Each package has tracking and confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL | For all our international vintage lovers, we ship via USPS airmail. Please be aware that shipments may arrive between 4-10 days this depends on location. Australia, Norway, France, and Italy tend to take up to the 10 days sometimes more. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase(s) are the responsibility of the customer and not of the Factory Vintage.

We differ from Flat-Rate Envelope and Flat-Rate Box depending on the quantity of items and the size of them. For one item purchases (accessories, belts, flat bags, etc.) we ship flat rate envelop at $11.95, However for more weight heavy bulky items (shoes, bigger bags, etc.) we have to up grade to flat rate box which would make it an additional $25.00 for one item. In general if you purchase more than one item we will have to box it and the flat rate envelop fee does NOT apply it will be $37.00 for the first item and $4 extra for each additional item after that. just remember the more you purchase the better the shipping rates! If you would like your order expedited or insured, please write us before purchasing items so that we can add this fee to your invoice.

COMBINED SHIPPING | Our clothing department is separate from our shoes&accessories department. While we love to combine shipping, clothing can not not be combined with shoes&accessories. *It is not advisable to wait until the last moment to ask questions, the sooner they are asked, the more likely that we can respond in a timely fashion!

REFUNDS | Customer service is our highest priority at The Factory. We want each and every customer to have a pleasant and memorable experience at our store. We try to represent all of our items as accurately as possible, so there are no confusions. We do not give refunds. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your purchase please contact us. However if you feel the item was misrepresented we will be happy to provide a refund, but please contact us first. Items must be returned within 14 days of the auction. The item must be returned via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with confirmation. The tracking number must be emailed to us the same day the package is sent out.
