This is a brand new Rockit Rigs handbag made with two authentic license plates. The purse snaps with an actual seatbelt buckle- the buckle is what sets this purse aside from the rest! We carry all 50 states in our store, but this listing is for the state shown. The purse is lined with felt and has an adjustable black strap. The purse measures approximately 6 inches x 6 inches x 2.5 inches. The buckle and plates were removed from actual cars, so they may have minor wear and the plate numbers may vary from those shown.
