GUARANTEE  & RETURN POLICY - We guarantee the product will be in the condition described and in working order or you may return it for a refund.  Insurance is optional and required to return item.  Without the optional insurance the item is considered As-Is.  We must be notified within two days of receipt if there are any problems via email to sales@btbargains.net and the item must be returned to our facility within 10 days of notification.  PLEASE OPEN THE ITEM UPON RECEIPT, IF PAST THE TWO DAYS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER A REFUND.  We will refund the purchase price and the freight to you; return freight is the responsibility of the buyer.  If you desire to return an item that is in working condition and is as described in our auction, we will refund your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.  We will not refund the outbound shipping charges and the return shipping charges will be your responsibility.  Please understand our GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY before bidding.   Warranties and Liabilities are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

AS-IS POLICY – If an item states clearly in the auction it is being sold “As-Is” the above return policy does not apply. 

CHECKING OUT - Once the auction has ended, please use PayPal or send a Money Order or Personal Check (there will be a 7 day hold after receipt on personal checks) to BT Bargains; P.O. Box 664; Novi, MI  48376.  Payments are due within 4 days (96 hours) of auction close for PayPal or eBay Payments.   Money Orders and Personal Checks must be received not more than 7 days of auction close. Foreign payments and/or shipments are not accepted. If your shipping address is located within the state of Michigan, we are obliged to charge and collect 6% sales tax in addition to the final bid amount.

FEEDBACK - Prompt paying bidders will automatically receive positive feedback after positive feedback is left for BT Bargains.  Bidders that do not pay will receive negative feedback and will be reported to eBay.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING - We only ship within the United States at this time.  Unless stated otherwise in the auction, Shipping and Handling is for GROUND shipping to the continental USA and terms are FOB origin.  Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may and probably will incur additional costs.   UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes thus we must have a street address or additional charges may be incurred.  Items typically ship within 1 – 2 business days from receipt of payment.  If you are bidding on multiple items please email us with the items and your zip code before the auction ends and we MAY be able to combine multiple auctions in order to reduce Shipping and Handling Fees.
