1st, I want you to know, I do apprieciate your business....I have been buying and selling on ebay since ebay was a little tadpole; Ebay has enabeled me to stay, at home with my children and work, from home....I have another name that is babybettyandme...I mostly meet nice people dealing with the internet auctions; but, sometimes a bad apple comes along;(you really can't please everyone) I do not think highly of people who make threats and send nasty letters for no reason...If something is wrong I will do my best to work with you; all I ask is that you be respectful...I check every product over before I list and am 100% honest about everything...I am only human and sometimes I may miss a little snag-fu..I get items from several different places and have no idea who touched the item before I got to it...I do know I have a smoke-free home & take gentle care of the items...The new star rating system is a lot to be desired...I would rather not be judged, on shipping cost and shipping time because, I am not an employee of the Post Office; I do what I can, getting these items, in the mail, as soon as possible.... PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS>>>I WORK HARD TO CREATE EVERY LISTING AND I TRY TO TELL YOU EVERYTHING THAT I THINK BUYERS WOULD LIKE TO KNOW>>>I HAVE NOTICED THAT BUYERS REALLY DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO DESCRIPTION or sometimes don't even look at the pictures.... I THINK IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO READ AUCTION BEFORE BIDDING...OR IF YOUR QUESTION IS NOT ANSWERED, FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME & i WILL ANSWER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE; but, please don't bug, about where your package is; I am not the post office & it is only taking away from what I really need to do(more shipping info below)....I do not mean to sound harsh; I just do my best to keep things running smoothly...

Contact me within 3 days of the auction end; Payment is to be received within 10 days...I think this is fair and it will be followed unless other arrangements are made between the buyer and seller. I will not accept returns..I am only a middle-man, not a store...I get descent deals on certain items and pass them on to you...If the item doesn't fit, you can always resale it....thank you |

Read shipping terms before bidding, so that there will be no unnecessary communication.....It takes time to answer emails about status of an item an~~~NOTE: even though I still offer 1st class shipping to International Buyers; I reserve the right to require Priority shipping; this will be based mostly on your feedback and confirmed address~~~~~...I will ship the item within 5 business days from when payment is made...Shipping price is according to weight, via the USPS, which I am sorry they once again raised their prices..there is also a bit of a handling fee(not that much, maybe $1) to cover SOME of ebay and Paypals MANY fees; I try and keep shipping low...If you do not receive your item within 2 weeks, then feel free to contact me; there is a small chance that Paypal does not notify me about a payment that is made...International pricing also will vary, depending on the size and weight of an item; International rates are normally calculated by ebay....International Items WILL take longer than US to US shipping...If you want "Gift", on the customs form, tell me...US and International: If you pick 1st class over Priority shipping, the item WILL TAKE LONGER to get to you; Please do not email me a week, after payment is made and ask where your package is; I am not a USPS employee.... It is only little ol' me that does everything (buys, takes the pictures, list, answer emails, manages, pack items, send items, leave feedback) and with my first son born 2/1/07 & now another on the way; it is challenging to get everything done, in the time expected, esp. since I have no family or friends that live near me, right now(we recently had to leave all the family behind for my husbands job)...I really try my best and if you need something ASAP, please let me know....
Insurance for US buyers is as follows: up to $50 it is an extra $1.65; anything over that amount is $2.45...I really don't think insurance is necessary unless it is something fragile and breakable, or is worth a lot of money...I do add Delivery confirmation on mostly everything...International buyers will be a bit more for insurance and just ask me if you are interested.... |
