• We have included all the photographs required to authenticate the items we are selling.
• Feel free to use our pictures as references but do NOT copy them without our permission.

 

• We are now accepting Paypal from non-USA buyers when the payment is covered by Paypal's Protection Policy
• Any payment not covered by Paypal's Protection Policy will be refunded
• Non-USA buyers must contact us for shipping fees PRIOR to bidding

• Please use the Shipping Calculator located at the bottom of the listing page for your shipping options and the associated fees. Listed on the top section of every auction, the graphic below will show you the exact location of this link!

  

   

• Many of our items are oversized and / or require special packaging and signature confirmations.  These fees are reflected in our shipping calculation.
• Need your purchase yesterday? Please contact us when you make your payment including the Express Mail Service charge.  We ship just about every day (Monday thru Friday) but occasionally we take a morning to go shopping for our clients.  If you let us know, we will make sure we get your purchase out immediately!
• We welcome international buyers but if we are not shipping inside the USA, we ONLY ship using Global Express Mail and that is what you will find quoted when you check the shipping calculator.

Insurance:

• The US Mail is pretty good but we highly recommend insuring all shipments. We are not responsible once a package leaves our location.
• For security, our insurance carrier requires that we not mark the outside of the box that the package is insured.
• When you receive an insured parcel from us, you will see a notice inside your box.

Multiple Purchases:

• If you are purchasing several items from us within three (3) days of each other, wait until the last item closes.
• Request a single invoice with discounted shipping and handling.
• If your single invoice for your total purchases exceed $1000, we will pay your shipping and handling in the USA.

Non-USA Buyers:

• We ship only with International Express Mail.
• To protect our buyers in the case of non-delivery - ALL purchases are insured for the FULL purchase price including the shipping fee.
• Please contact us for exact shipping & insurance charge for your combined purchase PRIOR to bidding - minimum non-USA purchases are $200.

OUR NEW RETURN POLICY

New Return Policy:

• If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it to us.
• You MUST contact us within three (3) days of the receipt to notify us you are returning your purchase.
• Once we have received it back in its original condition within seven (7) days we will issue a refund.
• A restocking / service fee of 20% will be retained to help defray the costs of our labor and time. Shipping and Paypal fees are non-refundable.

FINE PRINT

Now the Required Small Print:

• We do not work for any of the brands that we sell or represent them in any manner.
• We do hand pick all our products directly from authorized dealers and know they are authentic, un-used, quality items.
• All manufacturers’ warranties are valid for all items purchased from us.
• We often receive more than one of a style but will only use one set of photos.  Pattern placement may vary.
• Serial numbers are NEVER scratched off or removed to invalidate warranties.
• Any paperwork, booklets or warranty information normally provided by the manufacturer is included with your purchase.
• Placing a bid on any of our items confirms you have read and agreed to all our conditions and terms.
