Pre-Made items will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Custom Order items will be shipped within 10-15 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that shipping is based on timely communications. All items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with 2-3 day delivery. Shipping insurance is not required but is highly recommended as we carry no responsibilities after it leaves our studio.


Custom orders are final. Because all items are made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns. Please check all information to be sure it is correct before submitting. As errors do happen, we offer a 25% discount on the replacement products as a courtesy. Pre-made items can be returned within 3 business days of receiving as long as it is unopened and in the original shipping packaging. After receiving we will refund the original purchase price. I apologize but we cannot refund any shipping costs incurred.
