We will not be responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.
We must be notified by E-mail of any defects within 3 days of receipt of order.
All merchandise found to be defective can be exchanged for the same item only (subject to availability) and must be returned with all original packaging/materials and shipping container.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT PROPER RMA # ON PACKAGE.
Buyer Must E-mail Seller for Return Merchandise Authorization Number and return shipping address/instructions.
The return shipping address will vary according to which warehouse handled the original shipment.
All RMAs take 3-7 days to process after we receive defective merchandise back. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
All Returned Merchandise must be accompanied by an RMA number and received by our warehouse within 14 days from the date the RMA number was issued.
Returned Merchandise without an RMA number will be refused.
Software and licenses can not be returned, no exceptions.
All Returned Products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 25% service fee.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return any defective item for exchange consideration.
We cover shipping charges of the exchange item to customer.
Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded.
