 Most of our New Items are pre-sell items and will ship directly from various supplier warehouses and should arrive at your doorstep within 5-10 days after payment is received.

In most cases we are unable to offer a combined shipping discount as items ship from different warehouses. The only exception would be for multiples of the same item shipped to the same address.

 If purchasing two items to be shipped to different locations items should be ordered and paid separately.

 All Sales are Final as This is an Auction.

All warranty service and technical support are provided by manufacturer. If item is defective, repair and/or replacement shall be via the advertised warranty provider.

Our Vintage, Used and Open-Box Items are sold As-Is with no warranty expressed or implied and are not eligible for our return policy. All Sales on These Items are Final.

PLEASE E-MAIL SELLER WITH ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING / PURCHASING. This is an Auction - All Sales are Final unless Items are found to be defective upon receipt.  We will not be responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. We must be notified by E-mail of any defects within 3 days of receipt of order. All merchandise found to be defective can be exchanged for the same item only (subject to availability) and must be returned with all original packaging/materials and shipping container.  ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT PROPER RMA # ON PACKAGE.  Buyer Must E-mail Seller for Return Merchandise Authorization Number and return shipping address/instructions.  The return shipping address will vary according to which warehouse handled the original shipment.  All RMAs take 3-7 days to process after we receive defective merchandise back. Shipping and handling is not refundable.  All Returned Merchandise must be accompanied by an RMA number and received by our warehouse within 14 days from the date the RMA number was issued. Returned Merchandise without an RMA number will be refused. Software and licenses can not be returned, no exceptions. All Returned Products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 25% service fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return any defective item for exchange consideration.  We cover shipping charges of the exchange item to customer. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded.
