What is Chique*Life?
Chique*Life is an online retail store with an extensive offering of off-price items in a variety of the brands you already love. We also offer select items from specialty designers. While we offer clothing and accessories in all sizes, we specialize in Plus Sizes.
Our merchandise falls into two categories:
Off Price
These are items that are overstocks or first quality returns from major retailers and manufacturers. These are your favorite brands in the newest styles at the best prices. Quantities are always limited, so please check often for your favorite brands!
Small Manufacturers
An eclectic variety of items from small, independent manufacturers. These items may be hand made by local artisans or made in small quantities by a company with a great idea. Many of them support local communities or a social project. These are the brands you will come to love!
What does it mean?
Like you, we shop for items in a wide variety of places. An off-price bargain on a brand-name outfit is awesome; and so is finding an unusual item from a new designer. If given the opportunity, scoring an item made organically or sustainably or grabbing one that benefits a community is fantastic.
We believe in getting the best value, the best design, and the best new products. Just like you.
Both categories are full of exciting new products and terrific bargains. We search out the best brand names and styles as well as the unique and unusual from new designers and manufacturers.

Shipping Information |

We generally ship within two days of receiving a cleared payment. We use USPS for most packages, and UPS for heavier items.
Your package should arrive within 3-4 days of shipping, or within 7 days if UPS Ground is used. Your tracking numbers are always emailed to you when the package ships.
If you paid for an order more than 10 days ago and haven't received it, please send an email to support@chiquelife.com and include your name, order number, and email address. A representative will email you back with information about your order.

100% SATISFACTION RETURNS POLICY
At Chique*Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with every single one of your purchases.
For Orders Shipped to the US:
Full refunds will be available for up to 10 days from the day you receive your order. You must alert us to the fact that you are returning an item within the 10 days to qualify for a refund. We will issue a Return Authorization number (RA#) and shipping instructions to our Jersey City, NJ return center. Once we receive the item and review it, we will issue a refund.
Issuance of Credit:
If you purchased by PayPal or credit card, your account will be credited for the full applicable amount within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check from Chique*Life for the full applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2-4 weeks after the returned product has been received at the Chique*Life return center in Jersey City, NJ.
Important Notes and Restrictions:
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at Chique*Life.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
At Chique*Life, we aim to please. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if you believe that part of your order is missing, please immediately send an email to support@chiquelife.com. In your message indicate your name, order number, and email address, and provide as much detail as possible about the situation.
We will be happy to replace any damaged items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including shipping costs.
Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional charge to you.

Ordering from Chique*Life is easy! Once you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "add to cart" button in that item's description page. You can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button at the top of the page.
If you decide to remove an item from your cart, just click "remove" to the right of the product you would like to remove. You can also adjust the quantity of any product in your shopping cart.
Once you have all of the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart, you can enter your ZIP Code into the box for an updated total including shipping. Click the "Checkout" button at the top of the page to begin the checkout process or use the PayPal Express button. It's that simple!
