WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept PayPal. We also accept US money orders (will be verified before item is sent) & personal checks (must clear before item is sent.) If check does not clear, item will not be sent & we will work with your state's fraud department. to prosecute bad checks. Bank wires are accepted only by pre-approval. We charge $35 on all NSF checks.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT FROM INTERNATIONAL BUYERS? We accept PayPal. We ship with the US post office & show tracking on all our international shipments. NO EXCEPTIONS. International buyers can also send a US money order or, on approval, a bank wire.
WHEN & HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We are quick at shipping - we know how it is when you buy something & want it right away, so we ship thru the United States Postal Service. We get tracking on every order. Any package over $250 will have signature confirmation. We keep all tracking records & file Mail fraud reports on false claims. We ship 6 days a week, Mon. thru Sat. & are known for being very quick to ship - within 24 hours after payment is received & approved- 72 hours during the holidays. We can overnight with Express mail, but you must email us first so that we can make sure your purchase can get to you overnight. Please do not just pay the overnight charges - email us & make sure we can get to you overnight.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International buyers, we also are very quick to ship to you & want to make sure your package gets to you safely & securely, so please email us before bidding so we can tell you the shipping costs. We are very sorry, but due to fraud possibilities, we must send all packages with tracking thru the US Postal Service. We do not just sell to make a sale - we care about our customers and transactions & do not want to send merchandise unless we feel comfortable selling to you. We work with Trust & Safety & the government to make sure any one who commits fraud will be prosecuted. We have many happy international buyers & we ask to make sure we can sell to you before you bid.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? We are sorry, we cannot accept returns. We know that every item we send out is authentic & know when & where each was purchased. Due to fraud that has happened in the past, people have returned items that are not ours & we can not re-sell them. We have this policy in place to make sure we can keep control over making sure you get authentic items from us & we can guarantee all of our items are authentic. Before our items are sent out, 2 people inspect them. We work with Square Trade & Trust & Safety to make sure that any person who is trying to commit fraud is removed from eBay.
SINCE YOU DO NOT TAKE RETURNS, HOW DO I KNOW THE ITEM IS AUTHENTIC?
We have been dealing with the same stores for over 10 years & have salespeople who can verify every item that we sell. We have on file all receipts for everything we sell. We know some sellers sell counterfeit items & we want you to know that we only buy our items from authorized stores. We want you to feel comfortable buying from us. We have many repeat buyers for that reason. Email us as many times as you like & we will put in writing that we guarantee our items to be authentic & will stand behind every purchase that is made thru SenorJayme. If you like, we'll be happy to call you or you can call us to show we care about what we sell & that we are just not in this to make money. We have made friends in the years we have sold on eBay & there is no price you can put on that! If you can prove that we sent you an item that is not authentic, we will refund you 5 times what you paid to us - that is how sure we are that all our items are authentic

DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?
We love to combine shipping, but we need you to pay for all items at once & then we can combine the shipping & give you a discount. We cannot combine shipping if you have paid for items & want to add more. You must email us at the end of your shopping, then we will send you a invoice with combined shipping. Please understand that with every PayPal payment, we have to show tracking. The only way to combine the shipping is to pay all together so we can do this. So - shop till you drop (our favorite motto) or till you run out of money, whichever comes first! :-) DO I HAVE TO GET INSURANCE?
We don't require insurance, but we strongly recommend it to safeguard your package. We do ship via the USPS & use delivery confirmation on all packages. We keep a copy of every transaction so that we have proof it was delivered. We are not responsible for any packages that do not have insurance, so once we send the item and anything happens, if you have not purchased insurance it is your responsibility.
CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM?
We cannot have any items picked up or meet any one to give them the items.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
To all California buyers, we have to charge 7.75% sales tax or else we get in trouble. Please do not ask us to waive this.
DID YOU TAKE YOUR PICTURES?
Either they are the actual pictures of the items or we have used our supplier's pictures. We are much better at shopping than taking pictures, so I am sorry about the quality of ours. (We know we will never have a career in photography.) But we can shop all day long & get great deals to pass onto you. We try our best to take pictures but we want to get the items up fast so you can see the goodies we have in stock. Please do not use our photos without written permission from us. We do report theft of our pictures. I hope anyone who sees others using our photos will report it to us so we can take action.
