Miu Miu has long been a favorite brand of mine. Alongside the more traditional and classic designs of Chanel or Vuitton, Miu Miu screams contemporary, modern and youthful. Its exciting and eclectic designs are favorites of budding fashionistas and style icons. Personally, I love it because they can make even an ordinary hold-all look so darn good!

The key to these good looks are the fabulous and luxurious ingredients. The softest leather delicately aged for perfect style, the artistic proportions that make your outfit look better that it ever could before. Miu Miu has that certain magic.

This shopper is no exception. Simple and elegant, it hangs off your arm begging to be touched. Begging to be looked at, honored, treasured. An attention seeker all the way, the bag at first glance hides it well. It is only as you look deeper, at the craftsmanship and the special touches, that it really becomes something special.

I am a big fan of the ruching on this particular piece. The gently worn old leather gathers together like liquid. Fitting neatly in with the ruffles trend, this purse keeps it muted and wearable. It has space for all your belongings with its more than generous dimensions, and even gives you a detachable second handle. When making a financial commitment like this (and Miu Miu is rarely a bargain), it is the little extras that really make all the difference.

I have looked long and hard for any honest negatives, but must admit I am struggling. I will just mention, perhaps, that it is only held closed by a magnetic snap closure - not the most secure option. If you are carrying around the crown jewels, you may find yourself a little paranoid about safety.

The slogan describes this as "Cosmic and Contemporary" - and I agree. Perfect for fashion shows, parties, or even just the office, this is a multipurpose designer bag with more than a little x-factor!

I'm the first to admit that I have a love/hate/love relationship with Versace. For years, I lived in Miami, where there are tall, tan, blonde women everywhere just dripping in the stuff. Sometimes I love the flashy Italian label, and sometimes I think they take too much a little too far.

But, seriously, are you kidding me with this clutch? It's like polished metal and glass perfection. Okay, so it's a little gaudy, but it's supposed to be. It's gaudy and gorgeous, and totally discolicious, and I want one.

The clutch itself is made out of thin slivers of mirror with patent leather trim. I love the sleek rectangular shape, it really emphasizes the shine on the mirrors. The stud detail on the edges is an amazing touch that enhances the metal look of the clutch.

The link attachments that hold the bag to the strap are works of art in their own right, and I adore the sophisticated snake chain link of the strap itself. I usually hate big logos in the middle of purses, but you know what? This thing is so shiny and over-the-top that I just look at that logo and think, "Okay, well, why not?"

At $1,815, this is not a recession-friendly clutch, but if you have the change for it, I say this is a piece worth investing in.

The Rampage Crystal handbag has qualities that remind me of both the Miu Miu Matellasse and the Chloe Heloise totes. Although this Rampage bag is surely a far cry from the designer versions, it's a much more affordable option when you're looking for this particular style.

There are several competing features on the Crystal, but the combination of them all is unique and interesting. The patent sheen on the top and bottom trim is eye-catching, but the real focal point is the pleating that encircles the handbag.

The tight pleats are only broken up by leather-like strips that run vertically from the handles an connect to the bottom panel with silver rings. The amount of detail surrounding the satchel makes it a little busy for me, especially when combined with the glossy sheen, but the Crystal's design is still a classic style with a twist that many women will find appealing.

In comparison to the cash you'd have to spend to get a Miu Miu or Chloe, this Rampage bag is very affordable ringing in just shy of $100. If you're wishing it were bigger, look for the Crystal Tote, which has a little more room than the satchel. This inexpensive handbag comes in brown, black, moss green, coral orange, and teal blue.

Here at Bag Bunch we're longtime fans of the eco-friendly handbags created by Matt & Nat. Now the creative mind behind the brand, Inder Bedi, has launched a new environmentally-friendly accessories line dubbed Samsara.

The unusual moniker is a Sanskrit word meaning rebirth. Samsara's development is clearly that, with the focus not just on eco-friendly fashions, but socially responsible ones.

All Samsara accessories are made from vegan leather with a lush pebbled texture. The collection is diverse, including spacious day bags, smaller clutches, practical wallets, and even belts. The accessories feature practical, yet sophisticated styling. With prices ranging between $40 and $155, they're also a little cheaper than Matt & Nat purses.

Samsara will also donate one dollar for every bag sold to a non-profit organization. The brand's profits will be shared between the international aid charity Enough, environmental group EarthSave, animal welfare organization WSPA, and the Canadian Women's Foundation. Public votes on the website will determine which charities receive the biggest share at the end of the year.

After many rumors, Louis Vuitton has finally confirmed that they have once again signed Madonna, Her Majesty of Pop, to appear in an advertising campaign.

After starring in a saloon-inspired spread for spring/summer 09 campaign, Queen Madge is back at work with Louis Vuitton designer Marc Jacobs for the new pics. Photographer Steven Meisel will shoot the ads, which will showcase the brand's fall 09 products.

The only question that remains unanswered is whether or not Madonna's twenty-something boy toy and male model, Jesus Luz, will join her for the ad campaign. One rumor, indicating that Marc Jacobs is petitioning for Luz's work permit, seems to suggest that he will.

From the newest collaboration between French fashion house Louis Vuitton and designer Takashi Murakami comes this cute promotional video. In it we see the Murakami's Superflat creative vision combine with manga and the fashion-forward world of Louis Vuitton.

It stars a little anime-styled girl, who looks like she's a few years off affording her own LV purse, walks into a Louis Vuitton store. When she drops her cell phone the magic begins, and she's submerged into Murakami's cute and colorful creative universe.

This video shows us a new side to Louis Vuitton, one that leaves behind its traditional staid sophistication for child-like energy. But perhaps it's not so surprising. Before this we saw Louis Vuitton revamping its rainbow-colored Stephen Sprouse line. Perhaps Louis is shaking off that stuffy old image and stepping into a fresh world of fun!

I only hope so. Those tired old brown and tan monogrammed purses are so last century!
